How to Mediatate
Meditation helps to concentrate ones mind. He can apply any one of the following three methods for gaining concentration, or if possible, try out his own ways: 1. Sit straight (either on the bed, floor or chair) and look straight ahead. Then he should close his eyes and count down even numbers starting from 100….98….96….94 in his mind till his mind is focused and concentrated. Imagine as if the numbers are before you. 2. The person should focus his eyes at a particular prominent dot on the wall for sometime without blinking. Initially he may be blinking frequently but with regular practice he can fix his gaze and mind on that spot. 3. The person should close his eyes and imagine a big circle, slowly reduce the circle into a tiny dot.
